When people can’t access their forms, we find that there are two main reasons why. We’ll explain both and how to correct them.
1. Wrong website #
You want to make sure you’re on forms.sunnysideaustralia.com.au and not sunnysideaustralia.com.au.

If you find that you’re on the main Sunnyside Australia website, look for the “forms” link in the footer. Or simply type forms.sunnysideaustralia.com.au into your address bar.
2. Wrong sign in type #
When you get to the sign-in (by clicking on the Login/Account button seen in the forms.sunnysideaustralia.com.au image above, you will have two options for signing in. See below.

Do not fill in your username and password. Click “sign in with Microsoft”.
You may already be signed in with Microsoft. If you’ve set-up our emails then there’s a fair chance you are. If that is the case then you’ll go straight through to the forms page. If not, use the email address and password provided to you by Sunnyside Australia.
