When you first access your Sunnyside Australia email account, it will ask you to set-up MFA (multi-factor authentication). The default option is to set up using the MS Authenticator app. For most users, text will suit them better. The way to set up text authentication is to refuse to authenticate until the “I want to a use a different method” option becomes a available.
