Dear Sunnyside Community
You may know that Sunnyside Australia is a registered provider of NDIS supports and services. As a registered provider, it is a requirement for Sunnyside to participate in audit cycles as part of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.
People participating in support with every Provider, including Sunnyside Australia, are
automatically
entrolled in the audit process and may be contacted by the audit team, or have their Service Delivery Folder reviewed to determine Sunnyside’s organisational compliance.
Participating in the audit process is a great way to share your honest experiences of Sunnyside support. Your feedback assists the organsiation in reflecting, improving and shaping future Sunnyside supports and services.
Please know, whatever is discussed can be kept confidential.
Sunnyside Australia’s audit is due to be held on
Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25June 2025
at Sunnnyside’s new office location in Southport. There is limited onsite parking, however there is an abundance of parking available at Southport Library across the road.
